Switched at Birth - Mother and Child Divided review.

So basically, Regina is officially back! We didn't see her absence all longer the summer but we can clearly see by Daphne's actions that she was very confortable about her new situation, which means, being a Kennish! Enjoying the club, the credit card and all the benefits that come when you're a professional baseball player's daughter.

Daphne didn't seem excited about her "mom" returns, actually I don't think that anyone of the Kennish's family was very excited about that either, except for Bay, not that she missed her biological mom, but she wasn't enjoying having Daphne around, especially after the Noah and Daphne thing.

If there's something I love about Bay is her personality, she is not afraid of who she is, even before knowing about the whole switch thing she always seemed true to herself. Daphne on the other hand is getting into a new world which will definitly make her question about how her life would be, or could've been and even her values.

Speaking about values, seems like Nikki and Tobb are having a little misunderstood about that, Kathryn wants to make her son's wedding the big event of the year while Nikki wants to keep it simple. I like Nikki values, but I agree with Kathryn, you only marry once (or so should be) if Tobb's family can afford a big party she should take it.

This episode was full of homecomings, we could also see Ty again. Apparently he did come a few months ago and didn't told anyone, not even Bay. I don't know he didn't told about that but he was clearly changed. I can't wait to see how this will be developed.

Mother and Child Divided was a quite dramatic episode, what saves the comedy side of the show was Travis and Emmett with that secrety little party at Emmett's house while Melody was out of the town. Party that was interrupted by the own Melody who came one day early leaving Travis kinda sad because he was really into that girl. The huge comedic moment was when Travis reveled being a "vegetable" yet.

Now I have to admit I cried on that last scene, Bay for the first time showed her feelings about not having Regina around, feelings that Daphne doesn't know about. And I finally get the mom and daughter moment I was waiting for. I'm looking forward to see how their relationship will be developed.

Thank you Lizzy for this amazing episode, once again thank you for this incredible and unique show, that is exactly what this entertainment industry was needing. See y'all next Monday!
